Saturday in Munich

Saturday, such a wonderful day. We decided to head out and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Munich. Even though we have been living in the Munich area for over a year and a half now, there is still so much to see and to discover. Yesterday we walked around the Isar Gate.

By Isar Gate looking toward Marienplatz. The old town hall is in the background.

It is one of the entrances to the old city center. We have passed by it many times before, but this time we stopped to take some pictures. One thing that I just noticed is that in the top floor of the southern tower there is a cafe. How cool is that. That is definitely on my list.
So baby boy Olguin is due sometime this month. I thought that I should get some more pictures of Mamma Olguin before the baby comes. Here are a couple.

The St. Peter’s Church by Marienplatz is one of my favorite buildings in Munich. Its style is just so nice and the little alleyways beside it are fun.
