Youth Fundraiser
Darian is really getting a hang of his recorder. He loves to blow into it, and he’s making longer and longer notes. Maybe in a week or two, he’ll be interested in pushing on the holes to change the notes.
We ran into the twins at the park again. Darian has a lot of fun with those boys. They sure love drumming and bouncing together. He got so excited when he saw them coming to play with us. It took him a while to calm down after they started playing. He was bouncing up on his knees and almost falling backwards. He really likes them! Which is good because I like their mom.

Tonight, we went to a fundraiser for a youth group in the town next to ours. They did a lot of different cultural dances. Darian was so upset when they closed the curtains. He was begging for them to open it back up each time. When his great Aunt Melissa was holding him, she could barely hang on to him. He was dancing and bouncing so much to the music! Watch out–Darian will be taking center stage shortly! haha It was a really fun fundraiser.
