Tübingen

Darian woke up from his night’s sleep to find himself on the train.
He always gets the biggest smile when we’re out and about when he wakes up
or when mommy is already ready for the day before he wakes up.
We changed him out of his sleeping back when we got on our train
bound for Tübingen, a beautiful city by Stuttgart.

So here was the plan: Hector gets off at his exit for an expo at a university while Adelaide and Darian keep riding the train to Tübingen. Adelaide checks us into the guest house we’re staying at and spends the day with Darian. Hector meets up with Adelaide and Hector at the end of the day to explore the city.

Well, Hector forgot the map he wanted to give me because he had memorized the way to get there. He started laughing when he noticed the problem. Thank you Kindle for having free 3G. I felt fancy pancy following the map on my Kindle. But Darian fell asleep on me, so I had to get us there on my own.

I ran into the LDS missionaries within 10 minutes of being there. Then I started to walk into the old town to find our guest house. It was a beautiful walk.

After checking in, the fun really started!

The old city center is absolutely beautiful. It’s mostly a walking only zone, so it has a really nice feel to it. Darian and I had a lot of fun checking out the sites, stores, and eateries.
This is when Hector met up with us after dinner. A nice candid of me getting my phone out to take a picture. Man, am I sassy.

The old town is really beautiful. I wish we lived here. I really want to live in an area in Germany that looks like good old Germany. I love it. Some of the houses even dated back to the 1600s. That yellow house with the red shutters is totally for me. I’m crossing my fingers that our next house is that neat.
